He is B.E. ( Computer Science ) ,P.hd, M.Phil, M.Ed.,B.Ed., MBA in education , studied at Harvard School of Education USA did leadership training at SUNY OSWEGO USA , IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Delhi and IIM Lucknow .

He is a keen sportsman and former manager Indian Badminton Team, he believes that only a healthy body can contain a healthy mind.
